WHAT WE DO

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN

A stormwater assessment is generally required to ensure your development does not impact on the neighbouring properties and the downstream ecosystem. We can assist with providing a Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) that details how stormwater runoff from your property or development is captured, treated, and discharged to prevent flooding, erosion, and water pollution. The SWMP includes strategies for managing both the quantity and quality of runoff, identifying sources of pollutants, and outlining measures to mitigate their impact on the environment. These plans are often required for development projects and industrial operations to ensure compliance with regulations.


TRAFFIC IMPACT ASSESSMENT

A new development may create significant additional traffic load on the existing road network or pose safety hazard. We utilise SIDRA Intersection analysis to can assist with determining how much impact your development will have on the road network, and if required, provide recommendations to minimise the impact and to meet compliance.

FLOOD IMPACT ASSESSMENT

When you want to develop in an area where there are known flood hazards (e.g. low lying areas, flat rural properties), a Flood Impact Assessment (FIA) is generally required to evaluate how your proposed development might affect existing flood patterns and how the development itself will be affected by flooding. The FIA analyses potential changes to flood behavior and includes strategies to mitigate risks and protect property.


We can assist with providing a Flood Impact Assessment for your development to ensure you can maximise your land usage as well as ensuring compliance with regulations.

CIVIL DESIGN

We offer comprehensive civil engineering expertise for land development projects, from two-lot subdivisions to multi-stage developments.

Our services cover the entire project lifecycle, starting with masterplanning and continuing through to the preparation of construction documentation.

This includes:

  • Earthwork design and documentation for cut/fill analysis and volume estimation.
  • Geometric and pavement design adhering to current guidelines.
  • Stormwater design and documentation following the Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM).
  • Preparation of all necessary design and documentation for Council Operational Works applications.

We are equipped to handle all technical aspects required to bring your land development vision to reality.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE SUPERVISION

We provide Construction Supervision, encompassing site inspections at hold points, comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) documentation review, and provision of the final Supervision Certification required for regulatory asset handover.
